Mitsubishi's MR-S1-100-E31 amplifier is designed for high-performance servo control applications. As a single-axis unit, it requires a 3-phase power input and operates with an AC voltage supply ranging from 200 to 220 Volts. It adopts a robust control approach that employs sine wave pulse width modulation (PWM) to ensure precise motor performance.
Boasting a rated motor output of 2 kilowatts and a maximum speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute, this amplifier is highly compatible with HA100 series motors. It maintains operational reliability even with a vibration resistance rating of approximately 1 G along the X, Y, and Z axes. The permissible heat dissipation is set at 100 Watts for built-in resistance, or up to 250 Watts for optional resistance, allowing it to adapt to various installation environments.
In terms of environmental durability, the MR-S1-100-E31 can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 55°C, provided the environment is non-condensing. For storage purposes, it can withstand temperatures between -55°C and 70°C. Additionally, this amplifier can tolerate a relative humidity of 90% or less, ensuring stable performance under diverse conditions.
